Job brief
- We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, in person or on the telephone.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
