Job Description
- In-depth product and services understanding and market positioning.
- Support the registration and regulatory process for products and services under your management.
- Conduct seminars, training, and workshops to sales team and customers.
- Monitor the sales performance of all products and services under your management.
- Provide company-wide technical support for your products and services.
- Develop and follow up on sales leads for your products and services.
- Develop your products and services range by suggesting complementary products and services that suit the market.
- Support team in visiting customers and introducing your products and services.
- Develop and achieve sales forecast for your products and services.
- Preparation of sales analysis reports for your products and services.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers related to your products and services.
- Update the CRM for all support cases and sales leads for your products and services.
- Carry out promotional trips to visit customers.
- Guide distributors and sales teams on how to create opportunities for your products and services.
- NSG experience is desirable
- Any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in applied sciences or allied field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years healthcare or life science sales experience
- Specialized knowledge
