Job Description
To Work in a delivery team following Agile working Model to Implement & Deliver iOS & Android mobile applications based on business & technical requirements, leading & coaching a team of developers
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Lead the development to build advanced mobile applications
- Review code developed by the rest of the team.
- Build the architecture for the developed features.
- Engage with the Business team to build delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide the team to resolve them.
- Breakdown tasks to other team members.
- Identify Technical and Business challenges before-hand.
- Communication and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Review Documentation for written code.
- Build training plans for the team.
- Build technical strategies for the team.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of iOS and Android development experience.
- Proficient with Objective-C, Swift, Java & Kotlin
- Good understanding of different design patterns like MVC, MVVP, MVP & VIPER
- Excellent knowledge of Mobile UX and UI standards
- Excellent knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies.
