Job Description
- Preparing Operations plan that will follow during the period, , following up current
- Shipments, making all operations activities, control of cargo operations, recommend, implement and effectively control pricing,
- Plan and Supervise export shipments.
- Freight negotiations with Shipping Lines.
- Transportation arranging shipments.
- Handling of documentation during freight processes.
- Organize shipments with branch offices, suppliers and customers.
- Shipment tracking and updating the customer on timely basis.
- Managing the supply chain and all export logistics.
- Responsibility for the reporting of sales & operations within CRM information system, this should record all related activity, any shortcomings in production, and variation in trends.
- Constructive interaction with the internal operational organization to deliver high level client satisfaction & profitability.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the same field shipping & freight forwarding is a must
