Job Description
- Leads & manages the team successfully to achieve objectives.
- Cooperates with existing business partners to ensure service delivery in compliance with Rizkallah quality standards, art’s vision, mission & corporate image.
- Responsible for sending regular reports to the management.
- Documents and develops Manuals and Handbooks that would act as SOP Guide.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related field is a plus (Business, Management, ..)
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.
- Passionate and service-minded.
- Direct sales experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills & a good team player.
- Must be business and result-oriented.
- Strong communication, problem solving, time management & organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and is multi-tasked.
