Job Description
- Control, review, and record all received Assets and their related expenses until installation.
- Control, review, and record disposal of Assets.
- Control, review, and record sale of Assets.
- Post the movement of Assets regarding daily operations.
- Run the monthly depreciation expense.
- Responsible for Assets and Services Vendors reconciliation.
- Prepare payments requests.
- Analyze the AUC account on a weekly basis.
- Execute addition/deduction Assets on monthly basis.
- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation.
- Posting all Required Provisions every month.
- Control (Meal - Transportation - Insurance - Medical care – Consumables – Maintenance - Power, water & Fuel - Rent-Freight out - salaries and wages - Advertising & promotion) cycles.
- Control, review, and post all prepaid expenses.
- Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries.
- Assist the GL Section Head in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting, including executive management reporting.
- Provide all required analyses for responsible accounts.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, or relevant.
- Previous Experience ( 1 yr: 3 Yrs).
- Excellent Numerical Skills.
- Good User of Microsoft Office Programs.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
