Job Description
- Making technical surveys and capability of drawing any shop drawing or any technical requirements.
- Calculate extra work estimate costs and calculating selling costs to achieve maximum profit to the company.
- Study all requirements related to all different electrical scope of work.
- Managing material requirements and budgets of All Electrical and carpentry extra work projects.
- Ensuring cost-effectiveness of All Electrical extra work.
- Managing all buildings and renovation projects.
- Drafting Extra work project reports and making written recommendations.
- Develop plans and budgets for facilities projects to support decision-making.
- All Extra Work project management, supervising and coordinating the work of all contractors.
- Ensuring that the extra work project meets health and safety requirements and keeping staff safe.
- Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ Years of experience.
- Excellent English language (Speaking and Writing)
- Excellent experience regarding electrical construction projects.
- Excellent experience in pricing and sales skills.
- Good experience in carpentry construction projects.
- Very good presentation skills.
- Very good communication skills.
