Job Description
- Oversee the Financial Dept. Operations, Setting Goals & Objectives & design framework for these to be met
- Liaise with Internal Auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of Company Finances are maintained
- Correspond with Various departments, discussing Company plans & agreeing on future paths to be taken
- Attends weekly meeting with CEO to discuss department workflow & any arising problems
- Follow up Settlement of all kinds of taxes
- Evaluate Finance department staff performance, Identifying their training needs, performing interviews to get supporting staff when required
