Coach and lead warehouse personnel.
Supervise warehouse administration, and good housekeeping/warehousing practices
Follow health and safety policy and procedures to prevent recordable accidents and injuries
Ensure inventory accuracy, continuously optimizing process to improve operation efficiency
Ensure on time/accurate goods delivery to meet on time delivery target
Effective and efficient cost-driving in warehousing.
Supervise health and safety, environmental, regulatory and quality ownership and involvement
Ensure timely and correct issuance of parts to internal departments for processing to fulfill customer orders.
Maintain and keep up warehouse facility and related equipment.
Conduct warehouse related assignments (i.e. incoming receipts, outgoing issuing, shipments, etc.)
Conduct daily, monthly and yearly inventory cycle counts.
Review and maintain quarantine and preservation of parts in warehouse
Handle all stores related issues such as goods receipts, proper location of inventory in the warehouse, good issues, inventory control and reporting.
Appraise performance PMS of own team.
Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs

Bachelor degree of any discipline
15-18 years of experience.
Knowledge of any Warehouse Management System or SAP software will be an advantage
Possess forklift license
