Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new customers and accounts.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and mange meetings.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
  • Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance. 
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients and address customer needs
  • Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management
  • Responsible for market research when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of English 
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
  • MUST have a strong network of prospect clients and ability to build new leads quickly
  • +7 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
  • Degree in Business Administration or Business Information System 
  • Background Finance or IT 
  • Have a background in the outsourcing field
