Job Description
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensure that all materials used and work executed is as per specifications.
- Coordinate between the consultant and the client in all the works in the area.
- Communicate with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Set out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
- Check materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
