About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Prepare & monitor department plan & budget to ensure achieving the target objectives.
  • Set guidelines and manage the implementation of different SOPs for more effective work cycle.
  • Ensure the maintenance of branches and equipments to ensure neat locations to maintain company's image.
  • Ensure the land lines are working efficiently with no issues to ensure smooth work operations.
  • Negotiate with the suppliers to ensure available equipments and tools to maintain company's premises.
  • Negotiate with the service providers (Pest control, Cleaning, Employee transportations…etc) to get the best deal with the best service to ensure saving company's rights.
  • Monitor health & safety reports are done on time to ensure maintaining company's premises.
  • Communicate with different departments to facilitate and resolve escalated problems to ensure effective work operations.
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • 7 - 9 years' experience in the same position.
  • Excellent User of MS office.
  • Well organized and Follow up.
  • Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Very Good command of English language.
