Vijua is a young but fast growing IT company located in October City, Cairo, specializing in interactive ebook creation software. Our company is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility over content marketing through our various marketing channels, primarily our blog
Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. The candidate must have proven work experience in content marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Edit, proofread, and improve content for our blog
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage any hires for outsourced/guest writers, editors, data analysts, graphic designers, video graphers, etc.
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Research industry-related topics and write summaries.
- Perform simple graphic designs, to serve content and marketing goals
- Manage social media outlets
- Manage newsletters
- Continuously monitor website traffic and search-engine ranking, and optimize content as needed
- Overlook any other marketing activities
Job Requirements

- Excellent writer. Loves to write
- Excellent reader. Loves to read – has a passion for books
- Ability to proofread and edit other people's content
- Have a good understanding of social media
- Technology enthusiast, with good IT knowledge
