About the Job
Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals. Dealing with (Social Insurance, Labor Office, Post office, Medical/ life insurance Providers…etc). Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. Update the HRIS System with basic information of all new hires to be reflected on the monthly payroll. Preparing any warning letters. Handle Contract Renewal, End of Employment processes. Support in the preparation of all documents required for new employee’s orientation. Handling all filing processes. Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly. Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances. Employee Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Recruitment Specialist. Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then send the forms to the specialist to issue the contract.
Experience: 1-2 Years in dealing with (Social Insurance, Labor Office). Strong knowledge in labor/ social insurance laws, and regulations . Very good computer skills. Very good English skills. Very good communication& presentation skills. Driving license is preferably. HR Certificates is plus.
