Job Description
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Presenting the company’s products & services in a structured professional way face to face with the customers
- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications and payment terms with the customers.
- Tackling any objections (prices, payment terms, technical issues) with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Follow up all open collections with the customers in case of credit payment
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
- Providing management with market updates and feedbacks
- Representing the Company at trade exhibitions
