Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and orienting new employees.
- Prepare and update employment records.
- Prepare the employment contracts for new hires.
- Handle the payroll variables such as Deductions, Annual balance, etc.
- Apply and explain the HR policies, procedures, labor law.
- Very good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and work in a fast passed environment.
- Can work with minimum supervision. You will be the only HR person and will report directly to the CEO.
- Can start immediately
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Previous experience in real estate field is a plus
- English fluent
