Job Description
- Assist on develop of the Projects.
- Follow up that company intents and requirement are satisfied by the develop (Projects).
- Revise develop, specifications, BOQ,…etc.
- Communicate with suppliers, prepare Approved suppliers vendor list.
- Responsible for technical evaluation in purchasing phase.
- Prepare technical comparison sheets between Different suppliers.
- Follow-up with maintenance team during project delivery phase to maintenance team and finalize project acceptance.
- Locate suppliers for possible partnership.
- Assist on the design for tenant areas upon Request.
- Prepare tenant bidding package.
- Assists in sub-contractors allocation.
- Follow-up on work progress to satisfy tenants requirements and responsible on Handover to tenants.
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the same field
