Job Description

Summary:

Working in our company, the Account Manager will be responsible for selling the company's products and services. Responsibilities will include growing existing accounts as well as identifying and developing new business. You will work closely with technical experts to bring the full range of our products and service offerings to your accounts. The qualified candidate should have experience selling software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships within existing large accounts and new divisions, locations, and customers
  • Generate new named business by phone, customer visits, and events
  • Conduct regular clients’ visits and calls, understand comprehensively the clients’ IT environment to identify and close new sales deals
  • Prospect, build a pipeline, and move opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Technical Marketing, and peer sales teams
  • Document and report sales activities using CRM tool
  • Maintain strong knowledge of new products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to be able to properly present them and successfully obtain related business opportunities.
  • Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions. 
  • Attain monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Expand EME’s market presence and reputation within the territory

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in solution and SW selling, along with a strong history of quota attainment required
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Ability to travel as needed
