Job Description

An Account Manager serves as the primary business contact point for robusta’s clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. He/she is expected to take initiatives and consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, represent client needs and goals within the organization and ensure the best quality is delivered while building strong relationships with our clients to encourage new and repeated business opportunities.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients; bring feedback to the organization for enhancing the quality of service offered.
  • Act as a representative for the client, understand client needs, manage & fulfill requests, keep project on track, meet & exceed expectations.
  • Ensure that the required tasks are conducted in timely fashion within the approved scope.
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.
  • Review all major deliverables and maintain day-to-day monitoring to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s profile and effectively communicating all offerings to the client.
  • Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and growing sales opportunities.
  • Create leads and arrange meetings with potential customers.
  • Facilitate a project through all account acquisition stages, launch, delivery and post-delivery support.
  • Conduct regular account review meetings to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives.
  • Provide assistance in managing and maintaining strategic accounts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Have strong business related knowledge.
  • Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationship as well as financial awareness.
  • Previous delivery of digital and interactive projects is a plus.

Required skills:

  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent, committed, skilled negotiator, strong presentation skills, team-worker.
  • Great command of English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Handles clients properly.
  • Unique problem solving skills.
  • Takes initiative, plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision & able to manage several accounts & tasks simultaneously.
