Softex Software House is hiring Sales Coordinator

• Responsible for successfully running Web Design and development Projects from preparing technical quotation, signing contracts and up to liaising with the design and development team, completing project work flow documents and achieve customer satisfaction within the signed contract scope.
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the web projects department from Existing Customers.
• Provides Training for New customers about how to manage their own web site projects and manage their contents as well as to responding to existing customers questions via email , phone or via in-house meetings if necessary.
• Demonstrates Softex Web products and Web services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the best value services that fit their business needs.
• Preparing and Writing Content for Softex Web Assets and Softex Customers New Projects In order to achieve best marketing Value for Customers and make sure both internal and External Projects are completed within the shortest time possible. Writing content includes but not limited to preparing, Refinement , Revising and writing new business content in both Arabic and English Languages.
• Act as Communication Officer between Softex Sales Team in addition to Softex Customers  and Web technical team in all aspects of Quotation, Projects running, Delivery and Additional Requirements. According to Softex Policy neither Sales Personal or customers are allowed to approach Technical Team directly at any time without official management approval.
• Works with Softex Sales and Web Development towards achieving better department profitability Goals by quickly and successfully completing Web Site design and development Projects in the shortest possible time while maintaining professional attitude and customer satisfactions at all times.
