Job Description

We're a Web Applications company, our targeted customers are doctors, we need candidates to provide our customer's with Wow customer experience, your main role will be:

  • Training the doctors on how to use our application.
  • Collecting feedback during visiting doctors.
  • Follow up with doctors concerning their application experience.
  • Handle the customer's inquiries/ requests/ Complaints via phone calls, e-mail and live chatting.
  • Maintain customer's experience through effective solutions and on spot response.

Job Requirements

To be suitable to this role, we need you to:

  • Be Presentable
  • Be Self confident.
  • Have excellent Communication Skills.
  • Have excellent writing skills.
  • Be Able to work extended hours.
  • Have Good Command of English speaking and writing.
  • Have Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Have the basic information of using PC.
