Job Description
We're a Web Applications company, our targeted customers are doctors, we need candidates to provide our customer's with Wow customer experience, your main role will be:
- Training the doctors on how to use our application.
- Collecting feedback during visiting doctors.
- Follow up with doctors concerning their application experience.
- Handle the customer's inquiries/ requests/ Complaints via phone calls, e-mail and live chatting.
- Maintain customer's experience through effective solutions and on spot response.
