We are interested to hire new Social Media Account Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts during weekends and after 7pm
- Reply to comments and massages on social media
- Handle the bad comments or angry customers
- Answer queries and questions & make sure the person who is asking has reached the right person to help him/her.
- Make sure the page doesn’t contain any offensive words/comments
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years’ experience is a plus
- Excellent English & Arabic language level spoken and written.
- Able to work handle the accounts weekend and after 7 pm
- Very strong communication skills
