About the Job
  • Responsible for the client’s order from the beginning till the order is delivered to the client.
  • Dealing with the factory to follow the order.
  • Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
  • Prepare all the client’s required documents.
  • Dealing with the shipping companies & follow the offers shipping quotes.
  • Doing all the procedures related to the previews of different countries.
  • Responsible of finishing & reviewing all the invoices related to the shipment & the reviewing.
  • Sending the insurance request related to the shipments & following up and reviewing the invoices related to the shipments.
  • Follow up collections.
  • Preparing the support documents.
  • Doing customer’s revealed account.
  • Follow the movement of the warehouses of the company’s own stores abroad.
Job Requirements
  • University graduated
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and additional language is preferred ( French), other language skills is a plus)
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solver
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of logistics
  • Excellent research skills
  • Awareness of global trade agreements 
  • Business language and international business etiquette
