Job Description
Filling:
- Handling documents organization & filing systems for Hard and Soft Copies
Communications:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, phone calls, faxes, etc…)
- Translating and/or Typing commercial letters in English & Arabic
Meetings:
- Organizing company’s meetings in/out the office (pre-meeting, during meeting, post meeting)
Travel & Visits Organization
- Organizing principals delegates visits schedule & reservations
- Organizing the company's team travels schedule & reservations
Coordination:
- Coordination between suppliers, staff, and customers
Operations
- Assistant in Human Resources Administration
- Assistant in Office Resources Administration
- Assistant in Logistics
- Assistant in Marketing & Branding
Job Requirements
Gender and Age:
- Females ONLY
- Age From 22 to 25
Education:
- B.Sc, Commerce, B.A. Business Administration, B.A. Arts, B.A. Linguistics, B.Eng
Work Experience:
- Not a Must. But if available, maximum 2 years' experience with similar job description
Qualifications:
- Translation: Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Organization: Highly qualified for office organization & filing Systems
Skills:
- Languages: Excellent English and Arabic Spoken/Writing/Typing
- Computer: Excellent Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Time Management: Productive. Pro-Active. Efficient. Able to judge priorities. Can work overtime when necessary.
