Job Description
- Prepare the recruiting plan according to the company’s needs every year.
- Handling the job analysis and description to determine for the different jobs
- Receive candidates CVs (soft copy) from different resources
- Scan Received CVs and initially categorize them according to the appropriate Job Category
- Conduct panel interview (HR & Technical Representative) and document the interviewing results and recommendation (Immediate Hire- future Hiring – not recommended)
- Advise department managers on weekly basis with the last week interviews results and discuss their recruitment needs for current and forecasted vacancies.
- Arrange for following recruitment actions for successful candidates, arrange meeting with Dept. manager and provide him / her necessary forms (candidate application – testing & interview results – assessment form)
- Receive hiring managers recommendation after interviews and file them accordingly (Soft & hard copies)
- Prepare job offers for successful candidates and obtain their acceptance and provide them with our employment pre-requirements.
