Perform site installation of GSM network elements, testing of network performance to ensure operating within specification.
Identifying and follow up the required materials preparation process for the site construction according to the specs in the site drawing.
Responsible for the mobilization of the teams and materials to the site.
Supervise, follow up and support the technicians’ team in the installation process of GSM equipment (shelter, outdoor unit, ex.)
Achieve the site installation in the predetermined targeted schedule.
Ensure that the site installation is done with the required quality that satisfies the client.
Interface the client and follow up the site acceptance process.
Capture photos for different stages of the site installation and report it to the head office.

Bachelor degree in telecommunication / Electrical engineering.
Expected to have proven skills in leading teams of technical experts, managing and delegating responsibility as necessary.
2-4 years of experience in telecom, Majority of which in Rollout site construction function.
