Job Description
- We are seeking experienced Project Manager for INTERIOR FIT OUT construction projects ( residential, office, retail and hospitality ).
- Responsible for the overall delivery of Interior Projects assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager on residential / commercial renovations.
- Management experience with workers and subcontractors
- Understanding high end luxury projects and understanding demanding clients.
- University degree in a construction / design related field
- Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts
- Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills
- English is required
- The candidate must process the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and interact with the design team, client, while directing the site superintendent, estimator, construction personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.
- Experience dealing with high end customers projects.
