About the Job
  • Providing excellent Customer Service through dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally in face to face interaction.
  • Receive Customers documents such as Claims, Forms, Credit card payment forms, Returned Cheques…etc and sending them to Head Office via daily pouch.
  • Handling Back office Administration duties.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree.
  • 0-2 years of Experience in Customer Service.
  • Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
  • Excellent listening & communication skills.
  • Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
  • Professionally looking.
