Job Description
- Providing excellent Customer Service through dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally in face to face interaction.
- Receive Customers documents such as Claims, Forms, Credit card payment forms, Returned Cheques…etc and sending them to Head Office via daily pouch.
- Handling Back office Administration duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 0-2 years of Experience in Customer Service.
- Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent listening & communication skills.
- Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
