Job Description

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, suppliers, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company to develop marketing penetration strategies and increase the company’s market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring achieving short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Explore, negotiate, and build strategic relationships with services, and material providers to ensure sustainability of activities and improve profitability.
  • Improve operations and business processes from end- to-end cycle to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall objectives and values.
  • Make high-quality product and packaging development proposals including pricing and cost management to advance the business and increase profits to ensure optimal and unique product portfolio.
  • Develop in-house policies & procedures to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Update regularly the content of the company profile and website to it reflects the company in the right manner.
  • Draw up and develop contracts for customers, suppliers, and other services providers.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
  • Interact effectively with different stakeholders and services providers achieving the best interest of the company.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Prepare and present actual performance/ achievements, an updated business plan, and the status of strategic initiatives in quarterly basis.
  • Participate and deal with customers at trade fairs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven managerial experience in similar industries.
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, HR, finance, and etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
