Job Description
- Follow up all SLA's.
- Regular visits for customers for testing and maintenance for sold devices.
- Handle customer complains.
- Training for customers on sold devices.
- Support sales team if needed.
- Weekly and monthly reporting for maintenance visits, customer complains.
Job Requirements
- 0 -2 years of experience
- Bachelor Degree: Bio-Medical Engineering, Mechanic or Mechatronics
- Good command of English and Arabic Language
- Excellent communication skills
