Job Description
- Collaborate with other departments' teams internally to issue, review and implement project baselines, including resource loading and progress curves generation and monitoring.
- Revise and highlight terms and conditions of contracts as schedule updates become available to reserve company rights in raising a claim.
- Work with the contracts section and all relevant involved teams to ensure contract time frames are in compliance.
- Keep project schedules updated, including updating all project reports including manpower histogram, S-Curve, and cash flow in.
- Responsible for reporting projects KPIs and updated graphs (performance vs. actual) and highlighting any area of concern and any potential delays and recommend an action plan to mitigation in liaising with the concerned departments.
- Work on Variation Orders time frame impact assessment according to the contract and company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Work on Claims delay analysis according to the contract and company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Attend project meetings and discussions with external clients if needed.
- Regularly site visits to ensure schedule accomplishment.
- Supervise the team to ensure all tasks are carried out properly.
- Perform annual appraisal for his direct reports.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience – 2 years in the same position in a (Contracting) field is a MUST.
- PSP is a MUST
