Job Description

  • Well Established Medical Firm in Egypt has an immediate vacancy for Service Manager with following details:
  • Reliable and result oriented Field Service Manager who can communicate effectively and professionally with both team members and external clients. strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills are also essential to this role
  • Leading and Managing efforts to drive equipment issue resolution , troubleshooting , resolution of customer complaints , field operation through the service engineer team.
  • Strengthening and providing an escalated level of Equipment service by pro-actively determining and shipping parts that may be needed to resolve customer issues
  • Developing the remote support process for Field service engineers by working directly with the engineers during service calls and observing agreed upon equipment support guidelines, policies and protocols.
  • Identifying resources for the Technical Support team to better allow them to remotely resolve customers complaints.
  • Providing an expert level understanding of all equipment support aspects and helping to provide training and training material within the service department.
  • Providing and identifying resources for onsite specialist field support as needed.
  • Conducting evaluation of skills and reviewing performance of field  service engineers
  • Working with other departments to improve service aspects for all items.
  • Developing In-house and In-Field training and workshops as needed to update field staff on upgrades, technical communications, new equipments and service manual changes.Acting as key liaison between other Global Service resources and sharing best practices. 

Job Requirements

Skills

  • Must hold a degree of Biomedical Engineer
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Service
  • Proficient in business application such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Multicultural workplace experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid Driving License and own car
