Job Description
- Drive overall sales revenues and profitability by supporting existing clients and developing new clients and new markets in the region.
- Manage all sales activities and sales staff, working closely with the Design and Installation teams to deliver winning solutions to the market.
- Provide a hands-on consultancy/solutions service to clients before and during projects to ensure a competitive edge in all tenders.
- Spend considerable time in front of new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
- Provide best solutions to clients based on technical knowledge about our racking systems to meet client’s requirements.
Job Requirements
- Must know and understand the products – to include racking systems, automation systems.
- Must be familiar with warehouse operations and in particular have experience of projects to implement systems & equipment for managing storage and product flows.
- Possess general management skills in Finance, Personnel, and running Operations in a mid-sized organization
- A proactive hands-on approach to doing business, a confident leader.
- Strong Sales and Commercial skills – must be a natural salesman, extremely comfortable in front of clients, and be able to negotiate effectively.
- Able to conceptualize warehouse layouts and systems in order to direct and assist clients in their planning.
- Good people manager, able to engage with staff and clients at all levels of seniority.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Bachelor's Degree of Engineering).
- Proficiency usage of AutoCAD & Office.
- Teamwork & Leadership skills.
Work Conditions:-
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday).
- Our Location: Nasr City – Cairo.
