About the job:
Upon joining, you'll participate in intensive training – both on-the-job and dedicated – covering all aspects of the company and product. You'll begin by working in Customer Success, offering front line support to customers, assisting the sales and account management team to develop and grow the customer base. Throughout your career in Customer Success, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.
After around 6-12 months, we expect you to be pretty much ready to move into an Account Management position, still with our help and support of course, or perhaps to migrate to a different function within the company.
