Developing sales team, that has to obtain profitable results sales of diversified packing products for our products.
- Ex: rice, sugar, lentils, Beans etc..
Build a sales team to distribute our products to all hyper markets in Egypt
Provide regular reports on customers and how satisfied customer is with the products.
Penetrate new markets, finding potential buyers
Evaluate and analyze market trends, have regular competitive information of the market to help future growth.
Build a strong sales team with qualified candidates to reach the targeted sales per month.
Forecast and implement a monthly sales target for the sales team.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
After sales feedback
Hold weekly meeting with the team and motivate the candidates to reach targets and monitor the team’s capability.
Analyze running costs (weekly + monthly)
Follow up sales team daily + weekly
Track sales rep. with GPS and hand held devices
