About the Job
  • Developing sales team, that has to obtain profitable results sales of diversified packing products for our products.
    • Ex: rice, sugar, lentils, Beans etc..
  • Build a sales team to distribute our products to all hyper markets in Egypt
  • Provide regular reports on customers and how satisfied customer is with the products.
  • Penetrate new markets, finding potential buyers
  • Evaluate and analyze market trends, have regular competitive information of the market to help future growth.
  • Build a strong sales team with qualified candidates to reach the targeted sales per month.
  • Forecast and implement a monthly sales target for the sales team.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • After sales feedback
  • Hold weekly meeting with the team and motivate the candidates to reach targets and monitor the team’s capability.
  • Analyze running costs (weekly + monthly)
  • Follow up sales team daily + weekly
  • Track sales rep. with GPS and hand held devices
