Job Description
- Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
- Develop relationships both internal and external to achieve objectives within timescales.
- Communicate relevant information to Internal/external parties whilst presenting the Company in a professional manner.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format.
- Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping culture, drive engagement, and deliver results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
- Good English language.
- HR Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills with different levels of people.
- Not less than 2 years of professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll & Excel.
- Factory Experience is a must.
