- Will be providing administrative support to HRO team by assisting in recording the data and keeping the clients’ files.
- And providing integral services to daily transactions.
Duties:
- Prepare input data of payroll monthly transactions.
- Prepare excel sheets for upload data on payroll system.
- Assist payroll team in the payroll processing.
- Responsible for updating clients’ payroll files with hard copies of the documents.
- Supporting HRO team in performing routine clerical duties
- Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.
Job Requirements
- Age: From 22 to 25
- Faculty of Commerce Graduate or relevant
- Females only
- Experience: Fresh graduation with maximum 1 year experience.
- Very Good Computer Skills
- Very good command of English
- Availability to start: Immediately
