Job Description

  • Maintenance Center Operations
    1. Responsible for performance of Maintenance centers across the country
    2. Responsible to maintain quality of infrastructure of Maintenance centers as per laid guidelines
    3. Responsible to maintain technical know-how of the Maintenance centers though training life cycle
    4. Responsible to maintain and improve quality of customer interaction at Maintenance centers
  1. Field Maintenance team operations
    1. Responsible to lead team of Area Maintenance Managers
    2. Set and facilitate achievement of KRA and QIP of teams
    3. Create and Execute engagement activities and projects for teams
    4. Set up regular Performance review of Maintenance team and follow up action plan during the review session
  2. Customer Care Processes and Policies
    1. Ensure adherence of laid customer Maintenance policies and processes
    2. Deploy suitable review and correction methods for discerning process gaps
    3. Create feedback mechanism for process improvement
  3. Maintenance blue print execution
    1. Responsible to create Maintenance blueprint for Country
    2. Responsible to execute Maintenance blueprint
    3. Responsible for Maintenance partners ROI
    4. Responsible for delivering Maintenance at the right cost.
  4. Foster Lava Values
    1. Responsible to foster Lava values of “Integrity, Passion for excellence & Adaptability” in teams and partners
    2. Responsible to foster Lava values in interactions with other departments

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Operations management is must (preferably Maintenance industry)
  • Have leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of 100+ people
  • Ability to articulate customer need
  • Passion to delight the customer through customer Maintenance
  • Process Mapping and Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to think logically and analytically
  • Have interpersonal skills
  • Tactical thinking ability and Exceptional excellence

Ideal Candidate

  • Professional Experience over 5 years
  • Candidate working in reputed Handset/Telecom/FMCG/Retail
