Job Description
- Maximizing sales and profitability of brands in line with quarterly and annual targets.
- Setting annual budget for brands including design, production, and marketing phases, and ensuring that standards for sales and stock rotation are established in coordination with the CEO.
- Reviewing Brand Architecture with CEO and Retails Operation Manager based on targets and annual performance.
- Preparing and reviewing Annual Marketing Plan
- Managing product selection (new collection) according to market trends, market segment analysis, pricing, and competition review.
- Supervising Designer team to ensure new designs are aligned with Brand image and are completed and accepted within designated time frame
- Coordinating dissemination of Product Technical Information from Designer Team to Retail Operations Department to optimize sales potential.
- Monitoring the activities of Production and Buyer teams which include identifying production costs and locations, and producing samples to minimize cost and delivery time and maintain quality.
- Monitoring the activities of Quality Control teams and coordinating corrective actions for non-compliant merchandise from suppliers
- Monitoring Visual Merchandising team to develop and utilize Mannequins, Vouchers, Banners, Posters, Promotional Videos, Flyer's….etc for products within retail stores.
- Supervising Marketing team to plan and organize events, brand promotions, discounts, clearances, E-Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, and Print Marketing.
- Undertaking pricing activities for brands based on pre-defined mark-ups.
- Developing training plans and targets for staff in line with job functions and responsibilities.
- Analyzing Merchandiser requirements and developing Merchandise plans based on market trends, actual sales, forecasts, order parameters, inventory checks, forthcoming events, customer surveys, replenishment needs... etc.
- Performing regular competitor analysis and coordinating action plans with Designers and Retail Operations Department accordingly.
- Monitoring Customer Services team’s performance and reviewing Customer complaints to identify gaps in design and production processes.
- Developing and maintaining regular reports and KPIs within Brand Department
- Conducting regular inspection visits to stores to audit Retail Operations Department for compliance with Brand guidelines,
- Coordinating with Supply Chain department to ensure timely delivery of requested orders to Warehouses.

Qualifications and Experience:
- BA / BSc, preferably in Marketing or Finance.
- 8-10 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years experience in a Managerial Role within the Fashion Retail Industry
- Arabic and English Fluency (Written & Spoken).
- Italian or French is a plus
- Solid MS Word, Power Point, Excel knowledge and experience
- Photoshop and MS Project knowledge are a plus
