About the Job
  • Developing annual Trade Marketing Plan in terms of visibility and revenue driving activities to deliver on brand priorities and shopper Loyalty, in line with the sales team in order to drive profitable volume growth.
  • Developing and implementing new processes regarding each of the below main 5 Strategic Pillars
  • Shopper insights: Research shoppers of different customers/channels, profile shoppers accordingly and come up with customer strategy (activities and budget allocation per customer).
  • Market Insights: Analyze and report Competitive / Customer insights, and accordingly alter main sales and marketing strategies.
  • BTL Activations (In-store): Analyze opportunities in the market, execute activations exploiting these opportunities, post asses activations, and finally develop Trade Marketing Launch/re-launch BTL strategies & plans.
  • POSM/Visibility: Responsible for Visibility expansion nationwide & all in-store displays (designs & execution), and Launch & Re-launch POSM designs, production, distribution plan & post assessment.
  • Merchandising: Lead the TT merchandising team ensuring uniformity of AM group products presentation in all channels, responsible for planograming activities, and merchandising reports compilation and analysis on a daily basis.
  • Managing different Projects and Researches that contributes to the development of the channel strategy such as Trade Census and Shopper / Customer Insights
  • Developing & executing price enforcement campaigns through several tactical activities
  • Develop activation plan (OAP) for priority channels based on 3 criteria (volume, brand building and profitability) and propose sales objectives, Programs and Promotions at outlet level and follow up on execution (support regional sales managers team)
  • Supporting Brand Team in the development of the brand plans specially in BTL activities & consumer promotions.

  • Capability in building strategic, multilevel and team work relationship is needed
  • Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended
  • Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills
  • An affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challenges are appreciated
  • Good role-based leadership and decision making are highly appreciated
