Job Description

  • Oversees both elementary and secondary office general operation.
  • Creates and updates a consistent admission system manual in order to ensure efficiency and consistency with in all admission office members.
  • Plans and coordinates open houses which includes but not limited to: invitations, campus tours, open house day agenda, attendants list, brochures and contacts.
  • Supervises, trains our office staff members and delegates various assignments to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Creates and produces progress reports to upper management related to the office work and report any problems.
  • Maintains, manages and oversees the admission database, developing statistical reports, about the yearly applicants.
  • Coordinates and takes care of all office communications.,
  • Handles parents' complains and reports them to the director.
  • Provides clarifications to visitors' queries in a professional manner.
  • Offers guidance to overseas parents during all stages of the Admissions process.
  • Revises and confirms validated transcripts, test score reports and other educational records.
  • Makes sure data entry of admission applications and general student information is up to date and complete.
  • Maintains an updated database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback among all admission office members and other departments as needed.
