Job Description
The Main Purpose of the Head of Strategy & Planning is to develop strategies which the clients of the company to achieve their objectives & Goals.
- Lead amplification strategies, identify new opportunities to drive growth and media value across our social media campaign and tools for the company clients
- Work with cross-functional departments to drive omni-channel social strategy that engages the customers of our clients at every touch point
- Oversee, build and execute global social media strategies (incl. individual platform strategies), aligned with the company clients brand aesthetic and vision
- Lead and develop a team of Social Media strategists creative.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years Experience in Digital Media companies.
- Excellent command of English
- Bachelors degree in a related Field
- A proven track record as a strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, data usage, and appropriate urgency
- A collaborative and “hands-on” team leader and player who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines
- Project management skills including budget management, KPI tracking, and attention to detail
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
