Job Description
- Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss estimate and resolve issues, and provide User Support
- Administer network and data security, including Domain, directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
- Hardware and software configuration, including troubleshooting systems and Hardware
- Install and Configure Networks equipment
- Install and configure VM
- Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software
- Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
- Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Identify and resolve project issues
- Install, configure and troubleshooting CCTV.
- Install, configure and troubleshooting internal phone network
- Install and configure call center software and hardware.
- Install, configure and follow-up ticketing systems.
- General knowledge about CRM or ERP Systems
- Manage Databases
- Prepare daily reports and project status reports
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Degree in computer science or related field is preferable.
- Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
- Personable, professional demeanor.
