- Prepare and arrange all contracts for subcontractors and suppliers ,
- Preparing Material Request for Quotations and Collect Quotations ,
- Follow Up with Other Managements for Preparation of Purchase Orders ,
- Preparing Progressive Site condition report ,
- Working on Project Progressive Follow up Log s Contracts Log Subcontractors Log Purchase Orders Log And Same ,
- Request financial and technical offers for the project s needs ,
- Negotiate with Subcontractors to reach the most appropriate prices Preparing financial and technical comparisons of the nominated suppliers ,
- Contracting with the appropriate Subcontractors to meet the project needs Follow Up the payments of the suppliers and subcontractors with the different managements
