Job Description
- Ensure that the production personnel follow the compliance with the quality conditions and the operating plan for the produced items and adhere to the established standards.
- Ensure that all requirements for the ISO 22000 - Haccp - RCP quality system are implemented.
- Dealing with the inspection carried out on the facility by the various regulatory authorities.
- Executing the annual calibration plan for all calibration devices, scales and meters.
- Executing the production quality plan and the alternative work plan in the event that there is a lack of conformity with the established standards and procedures to be followed in that case, and applying the requirements and standards for raw materials, packaging and packaging materials.
- Examine raw materials received randomly and report deficiencies when discovered. Conduct routine inspections on samples of the elements of each production batch in the production line assigned randomly according to the plan of the Quality Assurance Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Agriculture - Bachelor of Science.
- Three to five years of experience Skills.
- The ability to use computer programs such as (Excel - Word - Power point - and so on).
- The ability to use database programs such as (Oracle - SAP).
- Familiarity with the standard specifications of cheese.
- The ability to use scales and analyze results issued by specialized laboratories.
