Job Description
- Respond to customers medical inquiries
- Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
- Issuance of necessary medical approvals, X rays & tests
- Solving customers’ medical problems.
- Document details of messages, conversations and actions taken, in order to make further follow-up and corrective action as required.
- Ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Medicine
- Preferably medical insurance background
