Job Description
- Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans, and employee development programs.
- Updates, maintains, and develops HR personnel files for all staff to ensure completion of supporting documents.
- Prepare job offers and lead the onboarding process of new hires.
- Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.
- Assist in payroll monthly life cycle (overtime, deductions, etc…)
- Handle expatriate work permit, driving license, vacations.
- Handle expatriate inquiries and requests.
- In charge of the staff life & medical insurance administration; services subscription, medical claims, surgical analysis approvals, etc.
- Follows-up on medical claims and assists employees with any claim issues.
- Insure the application of any Human Resources policies.
- Handle the contract renewal, inquiries, communication, audit of any outsourced company that provides labors for Colas Rail-Egypt.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, rail, construction or industrial sector.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages,
- Very good knowledge, and experience in handling of web-based management systems.
- Very good Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
