Job Description

Inbound Tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls to handle customers inquires & complaints
  • Resolve hard calls by finding suitable solutions & escalate to CS manager if any
  • Provide Win-Win solutions to enhance customer experience & maintain the revenue
  • Coordinate customers requests & follow up with stores to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Explain offers & simply dejavu policies & procedures to customers
  • Check Inventory with the customers , direct them to the nearest store and make transfer or reservation request if needed
  • Upsell Dejavu products ( Retail – Online )

Back Office Tasks:

  • Handle CS tickets
  • Conduct outbound  calls for
  • Support  CS manager for any needed reports
  • Handle all inquires & complains related to social media platforms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service / Call Center experience not less than 1 year, preferred on the fashion field
  • Preferred New Cairo residence or nearby
  • Very Good in both spoken and written Arabic and English languages
  • Strong communication, negotiation & active listening skills
  • Strong capabilities to use any software, preferred retail pro knowledge
