Job Description
- Responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with presales teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Ensures proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities and provides high-quality opportunity management during all phases of the sales cycle.
- Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.
- Following up on leads and winning new clients.
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve both quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
- Background experience in selling enterprise solutions ( Storage, Data Protection and Hyper-convergence) in general business accounts
- Preferable experience selling Dell Technologies products ( Dell EMC, VMware)
- Excellent and proven presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Proven list of pervious enterprise projects selling
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university or standout corporate experience
